Perfect for travelers looking for multiple itinerary options, detailed planning, and full-service booking.

✔ Two hotel options per location.
✔ Up to three activity options per location.
✔ Up to three restaurant recommendations per location.
✔ One feedback session with up to three itinerary modifications.
✔ A finalized, fully planned itinerary.
✔ Booking of all accommodations, activities, ground/cruise transportation, and flights (as available).

Sophia and her family wanted a 10-day trip to Italy but weren’t sure which cities to visit. We presented itineraries for Rome-Florence-Venice and Rome-Amalfi Coast. After a feedback session, they chose the latter. We then handled all bookings, from flights to private drivers and curated food tours.
Additional Considerations

Change Fees: If changes are requested after booking has started, an additional fee of $20 per change request will apply.

All-Inclusive Packages & Flights: We provide two options for free; additional hotel/flight searches require a $100 fee for advising, planning, and booking.

Cruise Proposals: We offer two cruise options for free; additional research and customization are charged under our standard planning fee.

Extended Itineraries (7+ Days): Trips longer than seven days may require additional planning fees.
Group Travel Pricing

For group travel planning, the base service fee covers up to 4 travelers. Additional travelers will incur a $75 fee per person due to the added complexity of coordination.

A family reunion group of 10 needed a custom Costa Rica itinerary. The base $250 plan covered four travelers, and an additional $450 ($75 x 6) was added for the extra travelers.
