Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy Payments A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on the retreat. A second payment of $500 will be automatically billed 60 days after your deposit. The remaining balance is due February 15th. If you need flexibility, we’re happy to arrange a personalized payment plan—please reach out to us directly. You may also choose to set up a payment plan through Affirm during checkout. Cancellations & Refunds We get it – things come up and sometimes plans change! Here’s how our cancellation policy works: 61+ days before the retreat start date Full refund (minus the $500 non-refundable deposit), or Transfer 100% of the amount paid (minus deposit) as a credit toward our Fall 2026 retreat. 60–31 days before the retreat start date 50% refund (minus the $500 non-refundable deposit), or Transfer 75% of the amount paid (minus deposit) as a credit toward our Fall 2026 retreat. 30–16 days before the retreat start date No refund, but you may transfer 50% of the amount paid (minus deposit) as a credit toward another retreat. 15 days or less before the retreat start date Unfortunately, no refunds or credits are available due to advance commitments made on your behalf. Travel Insurance To protect your investment, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. We offer it as an add-on during booking so you can travel with peace of mind, knowing you’re covered in case of unexpected changes.
