Overview
Iris and Poppy Travel Studio and Aetheria Movement invites you to a rejuvenating 4-day, 3-night retreat in Murrieta, CA. Immerse yourself in daily yoga sessions, savor exquisite local wines and delicious cuisine, and find space for healing, connection, and community among like-minded souls. Our goal is to offer a heart-centered space for people to pause, move, breathe, and re-align during a seasonal shift—grounding into their purpose, vitality, and community. This retreat is not about escape—it’s about intentional return. A return to self, to joy, and to the power of shared presence.

Why should you come?
Community-first: This isn’t just a solo yoga getaway—it’s a gathering of like-hearted humans who value joy, belonging, and authenticity.
Accessible + real: Andrea and Sarah lead with compassion and clarity—offering powerful, non-performative practices that meet people where they are, physically and emotionally.
Spring-aligned: It’s timed with the changing season—a potent threshold of renewal. This retreat invites people to plant intentional seeds for the season ahead, supported by the rhythms of nature.
Whole-person experience: From energizing flows to grounding meditation, from sweaty fun to soulful reflection, this retreat honors the full spectrum of being.
Culturally aware, emotionally attuned: Andrea and Sarah hold space with inclusivity, trauma-awareness, and joyful presence. This isn’t about aesthetic yoga—it’s about awakening from within.
